CMCT’s Haven of Hope Handicraft Centre trains very poor women in India in sewing and craft skills.

This has allowed them to earn a salary creating handicraft items for sale around the world. The centre is now a place of training and employment for more than 130 women and teenage girls, many of whom are supporting their entire family on the wage they earn through the creation of these crafts.
